Registration Fees and Deadlines
* Checks for the entire school and delegation fees must be postmarked by the payment due date for the intended registration rate to apply
Any outstanding balances for GatorMUN X must be paid in full by January 7th, 2013.
Registration for GatorMUN X will be submitted entirely online. You may fill out the form on the "Register Here" page to register for the
conference. The form will then be sent to the GatorMUN email account and
you can expect to receive a confirmation of registration within 48
hours, followed by an invoice detailing your school's conference fees. Further instructions for
payment will be indicated on the invoice.
"No-Refund"
Policy
All payments made to GatorMUN X will be final, and no refunds will be rewarded. This rule is enforced by
our Student Government Finance Office. Furthermore, under no circumstances can
committee assignments be issued prior to the minimum deposit being received by
the Secretariat. If registration fees are not received by the indicated
deadlines, your school’s committee assignments may be redistributed to another
delegation. We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause.
Conference Fees
Conference fees for GatorMUN X consist of a school fee and a delegate fee. There will be no fee for
attending advisers or chaperones, although we ask that each school submit an
estimate of the total number of adults attending so we can plan accordingly.
In order for the Secretariat to issue your school's committee assignments, a minimum deposit of 50% of your total fees must be received.
Special Offer
We will waive t
he school fee for any high school that is attending GatorMUN for the first time! In addition, we will waive the school fee for any school that recruits a new school to attend GatorMUN X!
