Giovanna Santana is a sophomore in Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience on the pre-med track at the University of Florida. She is originally from Mogi das Cruzes, Brazil and is passionate about maladaptive behaviors which is one of the reasons that inspired this committee. For this weekend, she hopes that delegates not only work together despite their differences but also get some awareness regarding the opioid issue. She has done Model UN since her junior year of high school and found many friends in the collegiate circuit. During her free time, Giovanna enjoys watching cartoons, building Legos, going to cute cafes, and spending money on clothes. She is excited to meet the delegates!
