Mariana Ramirez (she/her) is a first year student at the University of Florida majoring in political science on the pre-law track. Mariana started Model UN in high school, where she quickly gained a love for public speaking and learning about international affairs. Gatormun was one of Mariana’s first and favorite conferences, and she is thrilled to now return as GatorMUN’s Legal Committee director. She is committed to creating a space where all delegates feel welcome, confident, and inspired to engage in thoughtful, challenging debate.

Outside of MUN, Mariana enjoys discovering new coffee spots, going on early morning runs, and engaging in advocacy and service. She looks forward to seeing the innovative solutions and dynamic discussion that delegates bring to committee.
