Pro-Mujer: Junta Directiva (Spanish-English Bilingual)

Directed By: Camila Flores Corsini

About:

Camila (Cami) Flores Corsini is a senior at Florida International University double majoring in Health Sciences and Women’s and Gender Studies, specializing in Health Policy. She was born and raised in beautiful Venezuela, but moved to Italy in 2018 and later to the US in 2019. Cami started doing Model United Nations in 12th grade and has been doing it for close to 5 years, which has helped her learn English as she did not speak the language when she got here.

She competes mainly in General Assembly and Specialized committees but she absolutely loves chairing and directing crisis committees because of all the twists and turns that history can take. Cami was the chair for the GatorMUN Ad-Hoc committee for 2 years in a row and she is so excited to be able to come back as a director for this year’s bilingual committee.

Cami served as the President of the Model UN team at Broward College and later joined the Model UN team at FIU, where she assumed the role of social chair for two years. She is currently serving as the Chief of Staff for FIU’s MUN High school conference FIMUN. Outside of Model UN you can find Cami singing, playing the violin and/or reading romance or fantasy books.
