The Kingdom of Hyrule was once a peaceful and prosperous nation. That is, until the Calamity began 100 years ago. Hyrule was devastated in all facets. Few managed to survive, and those that did fled to small settlements by the outskirts of the Kingdom. Much of Hyrule’s towns, buildings, and infrastructure has been destroyed. King Rhoam is long dead and a new government is needed to replace his leadership. Monsters of great strength roam Kingdom-wide, threatening the populace wherever they see fit. However, great fortune has just struck Hyrule: the Princess and the Hero of Legend have ended the Calamity…at least for now. After working to keep the Calamity from worsening for over a century, the Princess is exhausted, much too exhausted to start rebuilding the Kingdom on her own. Princess Zelda wishes to convene a Council of Hyrule to advise her on how to rebuild Hyrule. The Council of Hyrule is composed of people from every region of Hyrule, all possessing unique skillsets that make them uniquely qualified to help rebuild a Kingdom. Whatever decisions the Council may make, may the goddess Hylia shine upon you.
