What do I need to pay in order to receive my position assignments? 

Regardless of when your delegation registered, we must receive 50% of your registration invoice balance before position assignments can be distributed.

How do I reserve my spot after applying?

You must pay 50% of your registration invoice balance to do so. If you fail to pay, or fail to show proof of payment by emailing a picture of your check to gatormun@gmail.com, your delegation will lose its spot at the conference.

How should I send a payment? 

GatorMUN accepts checks, but schools can also utilize a digital invoice and payment system using the Square platform. Upon registering, you should receive an invoice as well as a link to make a payment online. 

What happens if I already paid for my entire delegation dues, but some students can no longer attend the conference? Will we be reimbursed?

If you inform us through email about the drops prior to January 7th, we can issue you a new invoice and refund. We cannot issue reimbursements for any other scenario. ​
