What do I need to pay in order to receive my position assignments? |
Regardless of when your delegation registered, we must receive 50% of your registration invoice balance before position assignments can be distributed.

How do I reserve my spot after applying?

You must pay 50% of your registration invoice balance by 11:59 on January 15th, 2021 to do so. If you fail to pay by that time, or fail to show proof of payment by emailing a picture of your check to gatormun@gmail.com, your delegation will lose its spot at the conference.

When is my full payment due? |
Your school needs to pay their Registration invoice balance by or at check in on January 22nd, 2021.

How should I send a payment? |
This year, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and virtual conference setting, GatorMUN will be utilizing a digital invoice and payment system using the Square platform. Upon registering, you should receive an invoice as well as a link to make a payment online. If your school is unable to send virtual payments, please contact gatormun@gmail.com with details. We will evaluate alternative payment needs on a case-by-case basis.

What happens if I already paid for my entire delegation dues, but some students can no longer attend the conference? Will we be reimbursed? |
If you inform us through email about the drops before January 15, 2021, we can issue you a new invoice and refund. We cannot issue reimbursements for any other scenario.
